GCSE/Level 2 Results 2026

The hard work and determination of St Peter's Collegiate Academy students have been rewarded with an excellent set of GCSE results. We congratulate all of our students on their success and achievements, and we are delighted that so many are continuing to study with us in Three Spires Sixth Form.

We are proud of what our students achieved this summer. The results reflect the dedication of our students and staff, and represent a significant step forward for St Peter's.

What do these figures mean?

Attainment 8 measures a student's average grade across eight GCSE subjects, including English, mathematics and a range of other qualifications. The higher the score, the stronger the overall performance.

Progress 8 measures how much progress students have made between the end of primary school and the end of Year 11, compared to other students nationally with the same starting points. A score above zero means students have made more progress than expected. A score below zero means less.

Please note that where we compare our results to national averages, we are using 2025 national figures, as 2026 national data has not yet been released. Our Progress 8 score is therefore provisional at this stage and will be updated when 2026 national data becomes available.

Progress 8 score: +0.52 (provisional)

Based on initial analysis across collaborative data from over 1,500 UK secondary schools, our provisional Progress 8 score of +0.52 suggests that our students made exceptional progress this year. On average, students achieved more than half a grade more progress per subject compared to students with the same prior attainment nationally. This figure will be updated when 2026 national data is released.

A Level/Level 3 Results 2026

Congratulations to all of our Sixth Form students who have gained qualifications this year. Their work has been reflected in the successes they have achieved, with the majority progressing to their chosen destination of university, employment or apprenticeship.

A quarter of grades achieved were A* - B, and nearly two thirds of all grades achieved were C grade or above.
