We are delighted to announce that St Peter's Collegiate Academy has achieved the School Games Gold Mark Award for the 2023/24 academic year. This prestigious award is part of a Government-led scheme, facilitated by the Youth Sport Trust, which recognises schools for their commitment to developing competition both within the school and across the community.

The atmosphere here is filled with pride and joy as our students, parents, and staff come together to recognise the hard work and dedication that led to this year’s success.
Students at St Peter's Collegiate Academy in Wolverhampton are celebrating outstanding A-level and Level 3 results, reflecting the academy’s core value of ‘aspiration.’ Tears of joy and celebrations filled the air as students opened their results and discovered they had secured places at universities across the UK.
In a remarkable display of talent and dedication, St Peter’s Collegiate Academy’s Coach Anderson represented the Great Britain Over 40s team at the European MaxiBasketball Championships in Pesaro, Italy (20th to 29th June 2024). The tournament, featuring top veteran basketball players from Europe, saw Great Britain finish sixth with a balanced record of three wins and three losses.
🎉 Last night was an unforgettable evening at our Year 11 Prom held at Molineux Stadium! All of the students looked absolutely fabulous, making it a perfect celebration of their achievements over the past five years. A huge thank you to the staff who attended and made the event even more memorable for the students.
National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) provide invaluable training and support for teachers and school staff at all levels. Whether focusing on developing expertise in high-quality teaching practices, such as behaviour management, or managing multiple schools across trusts, NPQs play a crucial role in professional development within our school setting.
St. Peter's Collegiate Academy's community and the wider Wolverhampton area are proud to announce that Douaine Anderson, Director of Three Spires SLAM! Basketball Academy, and a cherished member of our community, will be flying overseas on Thursday, 20th June to represent Team Great Britain Over 40s in the European Maxibasketball Championship in Pesaro, Italy. This prestigious 10-day tournament marks the third time Coach Anderson has represented Great Britain in an international tournament, having previously competed in Malaga, Spain in 2022 and Mar del Plata, Argentina in 2023.

In a breathtaking display of skill and determination, the Team Wolverhampton SLAM! Ladies triumphed in the YBL Women's Division 2 Finals last Sunday, edging out BigSky Basketball with a final score of 70 to 66 in an intense overtime battle.
Historically, the traditional work environment has revolved around a centralised office, where employees commute daily to perform their tasks. However, the 21st century has gradually shifted toward more flexible work arrangements, facilitated by digital technology and a changing societal attitude toward work. Concepts like remote work, telecommuting, and flexible schedules are no longer outliers but have become mainstream in many sectors and workplaces. However, the education sector has been slower to adapt to this trend, with many schools continuing to adhere to rigid 9-to-5 schedules and conventional timetables.
On Wednesday 20th March 2024, St Peter's Collegiate Academy hosted a remarkable event that brought together over 150 St Peter's alumni for a heart-warming evening filled with reminiscing, reflecting, and reconnecting. The event served as a poignant reminder of the enduring bond shared amongst members of the St Peter's community, while also marking the official start of the exciting rebuild programme.
To commemorate a decade of Police Cadets in Staffordshire Police, a celebratory event was held at the beginning of March, graced by the presence of the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh.
