Career Pathways
For our teaching staff, we have a career pathways programme which starts with Initial Teacher Training and progresses through to senior leadership, Principal and executive leadership roles. Our associate/support staff have access to a range of accredited qualifications and training opportunities enabling them to develop their specialist interests.
